Several times I've tried to attach a file in UUEncoded format, which
is required for a mailing list I'm on. To do this I used
Utilities-->Attach files-->UUencoded...
Even on the left, it says the file is attached in UUEncode format.
Yet after the mail has gone on a round trip, the attachment appears
back as Base64!
I'm using The Bat version 1.36 on Windows 98 build 2222
