simple:
*** For the common messages:
first: on the pc that will hold the data of the common messages:
* create a new folder in the existing account (via The Bat!)
* share this folder over the network (via explorer: right-click: share)
make it read & write, no password
(warning: if you use netbios, others might gain access to this folder
via the internet, depending on network-config)
Then: (on the other pc's)
* create new folder in the account
* goto folder properties & force the location to the folder you just
shared over your network...
disadvantages: only 1 person can use this folder at the time...
(unless you give everybody admin-rights in TB, but be warned: dbases
don't respond well to multiple users unless they are specifically
designed for it - and TB isn't!)
advantages:
* everybody has the same data concerning the shared folder...
* you only have to store your messages once...
*** for seperate mailboxes:
no problem at all:
just use the above...
here you won't have the problem of multiple users accessing the same
data... (or you shouldn't... if you do, you have a security issue...)
