Easiest way:
- go into My Computer
- View menu, Folder Options
- File Types tab
- find the file type you want to change this option for
- select it and click Edit
- enable the "confirm open after download" option (it should have been
off)
- try downloading that file type again, it should now ask what you
want to do with the file!
