Every morning - the first email I send to our intranet's POP3 server (VPOP3) takes at least 1 minute to deliver - and always returns with 'Delivery error - the error message was : ' and the error message is blank. Subsequent emails throuought the day I have no problems with unless i need to reload The Bat!
