Both Pegasus and Eudora can use the Unix mailboxes. I dunno
how exactly the import is done with Eudora, but as for Pegasus
you'll just export your folders as UNIX mailboxes from TB,
rename these to *.mbx and copy to the Pegasus new mail
directory. On restart, Pegasus will happily incorporate these
folders. Although, the tray system must be recreated manually.
