Actually, if the folder contains only messages saved as draft, a
little pencil or pen (too small to tell which it is) appears
superimposed over the folder which itself maintains it's yellow color.
This is different from the bright green color that the folder gets
when messages are queued to be sent.
If you have both messages saved as draft and messages queued to be
sent in the folder, the folder will appear bright green with the pen
*also* superimposed over it.
The problem is that the superimposed pen isn't clearly seen and often
missed.
