you wouldnt want them... Its one of the reasons why in the far East
almost everybody has gone VCD. And even cd's get fungus...
You borrow/rent one cd with fungus and all you tapes get it.
It also is a reason why original import tapes and cd's  donot sell
well as nobody would give you a replacement for a useless cd or tape.
Copied movies sell for about $3 and even then these eternal cd's last
about a year.
Its not a joke, same with floppy disks, a drive lasts about a year
with new disks, zip is the same.
Disks themselves last about 3 months...
I have a scsi zip drive but exactly one disk....
Its the humidity/heat, being near to the see etc.
Its also a main reason why hard disks fail here as heat makes them
expand, degrades the rubber seals and you would be amazed how many
people go for a few days vacation and come back to a dead hard disk.
