Yes, with Netscape already open, it pastes the URL into the location window
and goes along its merry little way.  It was the actual launching of
Netscape that was the problem.  And for some strange reason, it's now
launching like it should.

Errr, 'Confirm immediate sending' had no effect, but under 'transport'
changing 'Delivery Immediate' and 'Delivery Deferred' caused these two to
flip-flop.
