Having  just  checked  myself, because I was interested as well, there
seems  to  be  a  key under HKLM\Software\RIT, however that apparently
only   concerns   spell-checking   options.   Then   under   HKU\<your
UID>\Software\RIT\TheBat!  you have user-specific settings. Note: this
is   under  NT.  Under  W95/8  you'd  find  it  under  something  like
HKU\CurrentUser\Software\RIT\...  -  I'm not sure on that one, though,
not sitting in front of a W95/8 machine right now...
