well, it's not a joke anymore, but still far from perfect ...
it does not by default download all mails to the local inbox, but starts the
'dispatcher' where you can select which messages to download. or you can open
messages in the dispatcher and read/reply them without downloading.
problem is that it downloads _all_ message headers every time !! and you
cannot sort on date or whatever in the 'dispatcher' ... you have to scroll
down 100's of messages (server based, remember) to get to the new ones.
