For the Euro try Ctrl-Alt-E (AltGr-E). If you got lucky it will
work...
For more possibilities just install a German or Swiss German
keyboard driver as your second keyboard. You can configure a
shortcut key (either LeftAlt+Shift or Ctrl+Shift) and/or have an
indicator on your taskbar.
I could mail you a table with the basic differences; with the Swiss
German keyboard you have almost all characters at hand: ������,
�������, � (Euro) and �. The german keyboard lacks the French
symbols but has other goodies like � (which is not used in
Switzerland)
