Actually, it has nothing to do with the "default" set. TB selects the charset to
use based on the individual message's headers.

The obvious workaround is to select cp1251 as "default" charset;-) This would
work this way (in theory): if the mesage arrives which has charset: koi8-r in
headers, TB will choose koi8-r decoding for it. But when a HTML message
arrives (w/o charset: field, that is), it will use "default" charset, i.e. cp1251.
The problem is that this works only *partially*. In my tests, it really worked,
*but* I had to proceed as follows to have it to display HTML all right:
1. open the message -- it shows the HTML part incorrectly;
2. switch to the textual part of the message (on another tab);
3. switch back to the HTML part again --- it automagically "sees it OK now".
Care to write a formal bug report now?;-)
