Ooops! That should be CTRL-F4. Shift-F4 replies to the reply-to
address but without a message body.

Hmmm. Hold on there. If you wish to only reply to selected text then
select the text and hit F4. This is the only way to reply to only selected
text using a keyboard shortcut.
If you select a block of text and hit CTRL-F4 a reply message to the
*sender* will be generated and with the entire message text quoted.

Actually it works fine. It's just short one shortcut and that is one
to reply to *sender* quoting only selected text. Shift+Ctrl+F4 perhaps?
