I used to do that, but my colleagues use Outlook. The problem with
Outlook is that it will show the name but not the email address of any
person. I want them to reply to the correct email address, and this
they can if they hit 'reply' upon receiving my redirected messages.

Eudora's "by way of" has exactly that purpose. And fulfills my request
as well.
