When the proxy is properly configured there's no problem (port mapping:
e.g. POPin 1110/POPout remote serverport 110, SMTPin 1025/SMTPout remote
server port 25). You should _not_ connect to the remote server directly,
use the proxy's address for that purpose. Configuration of account
depends on proxy. Read manual.

Since there's no reason to hide behind an alias in this list, all messages
originated from a sender w/o a valid realname will be victimized by TB killfilters.
