I know you could add languages to osr2 but I never saw Chinese and
Thai being amongst those one could choose.!
Same under 98, it always involved fiddles or the localised versions.
Under 2000, you just goto locale settings in control panel add by ticking
what you want, then it installs the required files from the cd and
THEN you just can install under keyboards the keyboard you want.
I see Arabic , Hebrew, Indic, Japanese, Korean , Tradional Chinese,
Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, and conversion tables are numerous.
Whatever I am sure you had to go to some odd tricks to do this underm
osr2 or 98 in a proper way.
