I moved folders last week and had the same problem. (Win98 2nd edition)
I kept TB! open (for fear it would "keep" those settings if I shut it down)
and went into PowerDesk and lo and behold my "old" folder configurations
were still intact for some reason. So I moved the folders around *in PowerDesk*,
and THEN restarted TB!. Voila! Everything was fine.

Moving the folders within TB! doesn't move all subfolders via alt/click/drag I would
guess.

I haven't an answer... but maybe someone else does? This needs to be fixed, unless
there is a simpler solution [we[ are not aware of, or that wasn't the correct way
of doing it? Or is this a "bug"?
