AFAIK, no. Hotmail does not offer POP3 access from other email programs.
It *does*, however, offer to *Retrieve* email via POP3 from up to 4 other accounts.
But Hotmail is strictly a web-based email service.
If you want, I know of some good "free email" services offered on the WWW which
include POP3 and
Forwarding. Email me :D
