This point was brought up in a much earlier thread, probably
last year. It was indeed a complicated thread with 2 schools of
reasoning on the matter. One school thought that the cursor should be
placed exactly where instructed and that's where the %CURSOR macro is.
The other school thought that in the logical course of e-mail
composition, one starts from the top to fill in the addresses and
Subject and *then* move to the body of the message, in essence,
agreeing with the present implementation. The thread was declared a
dead horse. I'm sure that you could find it in the message archives.
