Yes, this is what I figured. I was using Robert Simpson's 'NetLaunch' to
load and shut down TB! (as well as everything else Net related) but the deep
freeze still occurred every now and then even though Netlaunch allows you to
configure delays before an app is launched. The only way to be really safe
is to independently launch with a .bat file, as mentioned, or manually
launch after EVERYTHING has loaded.

Of course, you could always load Windows, then TB! and leave running
24/7/365, ad infinitum...

(which will be possible soon here in UK with latest news of FREE unmetered
access from April 17th...about time n'all)
