Hi There,
I can read emails in Chinese(both traditional and simplified) with
Outlook Express , Netscape Messenger or Becky mail(which is a
Made-in-Japan software, that the reason it support two-byte
characters) in both Chinese and English version windows such as
windows 9x, windows NT workstation 4 and windows 2000. What I need to
do is to change the encoding to corresponding languages(fonts
actually). No third party encoding software(such NJWIN) is needed
here. But I can not do this with TB 1.39 and the prior versions
even with the language pack which merely transfer the menu to Chinese
rather than the title or text body of the email. I can not read
emails in Chinese with TB without a third party encoding software
even in a Chinese windows! I think it's the same case with
other two-byte languages such as Japanese, Koren. <br>
It would be such a pity of TB if it can not support two-byte languages.
Thank you for you attention,
Meng Lu
Best Regards,
Meng Lu
