Actually, in examining this bug a little more, it appears that it is
more of an Organization field bug. I have an Organization set in my
main account, but for other folders, I don't want one, so I delete it
from the identity tab. Now if I hit ok, and then check the folder
properties, my Account Organization is back.

The work around I'm starting to use is a <space> character when I
want a blank Organization. However it would be nice to be able to
choose whether or not we even want that field, or at least have TB
capable of recognizing a null value for the folder Organization as a
 valid value.

So the Account Organization field seems to want to take over the
world. It suppresses the original organization in Redirects, and it
suppresses null values in Folder Identity fields.
