Yes, and for E-mail flow (for instance Purchase Order process flow).
With this tracking number, we can track how long our support/sales
person response any query, and in e-mail flow we can track at whom our
process stack :-)
BTW. I wih this feature build in on my Mail Server, currently I use
external utility for this.
