Hi.

Two weeks ago I downloaded "The Bat! v.1.39" program from Tucows site. It
worked fine for some days (I'm using Windows NT ver.4.0) Then my system
administrator decided that we should move to the new mail server. My login
name changed, but still everything worked fine.
And after two days our administrator informed us, that from now on we will
have to enter password for our SMTP Server. So I found the proper "Bat"
options, changed them, and... well - it doesn't work. I can download mail
from the mail server, but I cannot send anything. The only response from
"Bat" is: "Server reports error. The response is: Invalid Login".

I've checked all the options - the SMTP server login and password are
correct. I tried "Use POP server login" option and "Send POP before SMTP"
option - they don't work either.
I uninstalled the software and cleaned up the registry, but after
installation the same problem occurs.

I can send messages with Netscape Messanger, Outlook Express, Becky, Poco
and all the other mail clients, but "The Bat" just doesn't work.
Any ideas?
