TB will pull the address from the history list if it can. That's the
list of your most recent addressees that you see if you click the down
arrow on the TO field. It will pull an address from the address book if
you type in the handle you've given the entry when you Tab out of the TO
field.

You can manage the history list of addressees a little. You can scroll
through the list and either delete (DEL) a highlighted address or Park
it (CTRL-SHFT). When you park an item it will remain on the list
forever. It's an easy way to always have your most frequently used
addresses completed for you.

Here's another tip. When you create a filter for Incoming mail, you can
also create one for Outgoing by using Copy to make a duplicate of the
filter, then using the mouse to drag the filter to the Outgoing list.
Then, simply change the rule string from Sender to Recipient.
