The Bat!'s filtering capabilities are complex and I'd suggest
a stepwise approach. You can read the section in TB!'s help on how to
filter on message 'strings' based on message header or body contents.
Look through the filter components and get acquainted. There's no easy
way of doing that, I'm afraid.
The next thing to note is that a message can only be filtered
once by a filter set. The 'Incoming Mail' filters may be considered a
filter set. The next thing is that the filters are applied one at a
time starting from the filter listed first and working downwards.
Because of this, the correct working of your filters is very much
determined by the order in which each filter rule appears, especially
if one or more filter strings being defined are non-specific, meaning
that the same message fits the filter string defined in more than one
filter rule. In that situation the message will be filtered by the
rule that 1st matches.
We'd however be able to help you a lot more if you had
specific questions.
