Here is my help:
1. Close NN
2. Find file "prefs.js" in "netscape/users/your_name" directory and
open it in editor.
3. Find line with "user_pref("browser.wfe.ignore_def_check", true);"
4. Change "true" to "false" and close editor
5. Start NN
6. Hit "YES" in small window to do NN as default browser
7. Test click in TB on some link
