I use a reply template as below, yet every time I click reply there are 3 empty lines put in the body (composition window) before the Hello. What is the purpose of these lines? How can I control it? There are no empty lines beginning the template. Other folders that have exactly the same template (at least in regard to the relevant beginning) might produce a reply (in composition window) with only one empty line at the beginning, or two, or sometimes none. I don't get it.
