Hello ,

I have a very aggravating problem that I am not sure how to
      resolve.

I use The Bat! at home and at work. At home it is my one and
only email client. At work we use Groupwise so The Bat! is my
way of monitoring my personal email accounts and keeping them
seperate from my work email (doesn't always work that way, but
      that is the plan).

At work we a LAN connected to the WWW and I hardly if ever have
a problem with receiving or sending email.

There is one small annoyance and that is that I am
constantly getting a pop-up box requesting login information
to my email accounts. Why once I have input the information
and checked the "Update Accounts" box do I continue to get
          the pop-up??

At home we have a dial-up connection, 56K (actual mileage
varies) ;-). Our portal onto the WWW is via www.Freewwweb.com
which has been working as nicely if not better than the ISP I
had been using for 7 years. I have an email account at
      Operamail.com and one at Freeweb.com.

I seem to be able to download email from either and/or both
accounts when I log on. The Bat! is set to get email at
startup and at 10 minute intervals.

The problem comes when I attempt to send. Typically If I
reply to an Operamail message it won't connect. The Bat!
being the COOL tool that it is allows me to send it out
through Freewwweb. That sometimes works. The majority of
the time I cannot connect to either service. (Just got
          another dang pop-up, see above).

Any help, Ideas, thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance
