He could delete it - I've just fixed this bug today :-)
In this case, the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Users Depot
and the USERS.INI file in the mail directory (if any exists) should be
deleted. When you start The Bat!, you will have to create an account
(which will be with administrator privileges). Then you should
re-create your previously existing accounts using their old names and
home directories. Well, it should work :-)
