Hi TBUDL,
I have created a new 'group' in my address book into which I have
copied a number of contacts from elsewhere in my address book. I have
also created a quick-template for this group which I call using the
reference...
%QINCLUDE="template-name"
... in the "Proporties/New Message" config. of the group.
If I right click on the group in the address book and select "New
Message" then a composition window appears with the TO: option
correctly set (by TB!) and the Subject: and Message fields set. (By my
template.) This is good.
However, if I choose to create a new message by either right-clicking
the tray icon or pressing the "New Message" button on TB!'s main
toolbar then if I fill in the To: field manually and 'tab' down to the
message area neither the subject area of the message area are
completed using the options defined in the group's properties.
Instead, the standard (default) template options are used.
Is this behaviour as intended or is it a bug. In either case, can I
set up TB! so that when I enter the group name into a New Message
window's To: field then TB! uses my template for that group? If so,
how would I set about doing this?
As usual, I am grateful for any help you can offer.
