        If you wish to get rid of the attachment, which is really a
replica of the message being forwarded (RFC headers and all), go to
Account | Properties | Templates | Forward. Uncheck the option "Use
MIME standard for forwarding".

        Now  to get the body of the message being forwarded into your
bofy of your message, you need to edit the forward template. A good
template is this:

This is a forwarded message
From: %OFromName <%OFromAddr>
Date: %ODateEn, %OTimeLongEn
Subject: %OSubj

===8<==============Original message text===============
%Text
===8<===========End of original message text===========


        The macro %TEXT places the message body text, unquoted into
your forward message.
