I have a dial-up connection at home using The Bat!. I have a LAN connection at
work. I never (well hardly ever) have a problem sending an email at work with
The Bat!.
At home it is a different matter. I can read messages just fine and it does so
every 10 minutes. If I reply to a message........ nothing......... It says it
cannot connect to the server. So.......I unhid the task bar. When I attempt to
send no blinks on the little modem indicator icon in the task bar. I don't
think I am getting out of my machine but don't know what to look at or for. I
can surf (Opera) and receive emails. Just can't send them.
Anyone that can give me a clue will get pleasant thoughts from Montana.
Thanks in advance.
