What mial program are they using? Some send the text as one long line
and expect the mailer of the receiver to break the lines. I usually
get this when people use Outlook and send the mail as HTML; I am HTML
autovie disabled, so I get one long line.
It's not a TB problem. I always write back and ask them to switch off
HTML in their mailer. (I also tell them I cannot read HTML mail when
I'm not in the office, as I then use pine, but that's not entirely
true. It helps them switch their settings, though.)
