Well, I managed to get the Client to cause the Server to dial out. My
two-part problem was that I needed to have my DUN applet set to auto-dial
(which it wasn't) and/or wait for up to 30 seconds before the Server
actually dialed after receiving the request from the Client (I had thought
such an action would have been instantaneous).
I'll have to re-examine my fiddling because now, when I start the Client,
the ethernet gets a half-dozen or so collisions.
