Looks to me as if you could use the action to send an auto-reply and then
for the auto-reply template use :

%TO=""%TO="<insert e-mail address here>"  which will insert the desired
address in the to field.

To insert the desired text, use the following macro:

%PUT="<path to text file>"

I tried it and it works nicely.
