Your probably right. Simon gave a contextual explanation but in
England (Supposedly the hardest language to learn) it has many
  meanings in different contexts.

I think we all know what Bollocks are so I won't go into that.

The Bollocks or the Dogs bollocks. The best, really good, can't be
beaten. Often termed as 'The mutts nuts' as in 'My new PC is the
  bollocks'

A load of Bollocks. Rubbish, no good. Also meaning wrong, incorrect
as in 'Talking a load of bollocks' or 'This new PC is a load of
  bollocks.

Also means no way, definitely not, absolutely no as in:
  Q. Will you do the washing up for me?
  A. Bollocks, do it yourself!

There are many more varying contexts in which it can be used. Hale
and Pace, two British comedians gave an excellent rendition of all
the contexts that it can be used in one of their shows.

Bat, often know as a flying fox, fox is a dog, dog is a mutt so 'The
  mutts nuts' seems appropriate.

And on that that note I think we should change the subject... Just
in case some people do find the subject offensive.
