What is "as is"? Changing the font size hasn't got any bearing on the
HTML, fwiw. It's not a Microsoft extension to allow you to change the
font size in IE, for example, it's just that HTML gives the document
and the rendering engine fills in the (many) blanks.
Anyhow, they have a setting for the font in "text" mode, they should
have one for "HTML" mode as well, but it doesn't appear that they do.
