This isn't the ideal solution, see Marck's post for the more likely
solution. But in case that doesn't work, so long as you have the old
message bases backed up, you don't have to worry. If your directory
structure is still intact (use Windows Explorer or equivalent to
check your TB\Mail hierarchy). Lauch TB v1.42, put the focus on the
folder tree list, hit ctrl-shift-alt-L. This will recreate your
directory structure. Next put the old message bases in their proper
directories (using Windows explorer or equivalent).
The next step can be made easier by deleting one registry key.
Unfortunately I can't remember which one. If someone else posts the
"converted message base" key, you can delete that, launch TB and be
in business. Otherwise, folder by folder, use Tools -> Import ->
From .MSB files. And import the appropriate files. This is tedious,
but less so than exporting then importing.
