You can "flag" them, yes. Check out Account/Sorting Office/Actions.
You can also give each of Allie's incoming messages automatically a
pink background with bright-yellow letters (or green, if you prefer)
in the message list. That's "colour groups". Also under
Account/Sorting Office/Actions.
"Memos" cannot be created via filters. I understand a "memo" is
soemthing very human, namely something that would help my memory to
remember what this message is about. that is associative, and the last
time I looked, computers still couldn't do that (that's where humans
were still superior to machines). However, my last serious look in
that direction was over ten years ago, so who knows what kind of
machiens have been built in the meantime. "Cloning" used to be a
sci-fi word... Anyway, how do you want TB to guess what to write into
the memo? ;-)
