oh sorry...
My problem is that I have an account on a very slow server: sometimes,
quite often, I have a "could not connect to the server" message but
when I check mail from web there are non problem at all.
I also ask to the provider and he told me there are non problems with
the pop server: as the web access use a Cold Fusion interface this
seems to be true, CF get mails through pop server...
When I check this mailbox with TheBat! I have a 5 seconds waiting with
"connecting to host" then "could not connect to the server"
Using web-access, in the url, I find this "&requesttimeout=5000":
this should be the time he as to wait the opening of mailbox, isn't it?
(complete url is like this:
http://www.webspace.it/mail/mailread.cfm?email=UserName@Domain&server=Domain&login=UserName&password=Password&requesttimeout=5000)
When I check this mailbox with TheBat! I have a 5 seconds waiting with
"connecting to host" then "could not connect to the server"
So I'm asking is it possible to set a timout like that one in TheBat! as
if you ask to TheBat! to wait a bit longer opening this mailbox.
Ciao
Al
