Watch out with that:
if you have 'combined delivery' & 'check upon start-up' both enabled,
everthing in your outbox will get resent!
to prevent this from happening, use the 'purge all folders'-command
first & clear your outbox (parked messages etc... they'll be sent out,
since the 'parked'-flag is no longer in the index-file)
