I don't know. But I can think of a workaround...

Create a filter with the following options and put it at the top of the
filtering order:
          String: @      Location: Anywhere
          Action: Extract attached files to specified directory
                  (might want to create a new directory for this)
And a second filter:
          String: @      Location: Anywhere
          Action: Run external program
                  (give the command to your AV program)

This should extract all attachments to a certain directory and run the AV on the
files or whole directory (depending on how you specify the external program
command). The reason I give two filters instead of one is because I think TB
executes actions in the order in which they appear in the Actions tab, so the AV
would be run before the files were extracted.

Just an idea. There's probably a more efficient way to work this out..
