That's not good. But just remember, no program can do exactly what
every individual wants. Hopefully we can help you resolve some of
your problems with TB. However, you may want to prepare yourself for
a switch to a program geared more towards your particular needs.

Yes there have been many bug fixes since 1.36, plus with the latest
release, there are *many* new features. You should have no trouble
upgrading, just back up your mail directory before starting, just in
case.

Can you be more specific? There are many ways that TB can automate
your message creation process. Perhaps one of these is inadvertently
affecting your messages.
I don't know how much you know about TB's features, but TB has
different levels of templates. Depending on how they are set up, it
could seem that reply button gives random results.
Or perhaps the settings under editor preferences are such that TB is
behaving contrary to what you expect. Some of these issues can be
resolved, but you'll need to provide some more specific questions or
information.
