full IMAP implementation is not ready yet ... it should be much better in
version 2.
i also don't get all the folders in my mail-box and another problem i have
is that when i select "dispatch mail on server - new messages only" TB
always retrieves _all_ message headers from the server, not just the new
ones :-(
