Not  exactly,  but then that would be because I never rely upon Folder
templates.  I  mostly  organize  mine  around address book templates -
where  the  target  address  dictates  the  format.  AB templates take
precedence  over  Folder  templates  which,  of  course,  override the
default account templates.

It  may  be  that  the  address  in  question  is  one which has an AB
template. Other than that, I don't know what to suggest.
