What about autohiding them if they are empty..., ie no unread msgs,
flags in them.
To clarify while most of my regular correspondents have a box, they
sometimes donot write for months so I donot mind NOT seeing that box
with read mail.
Ie, a hide till new mail gets filtered into it. Obviously meaning the
hidden items shouldnt be hidden from filters (!!!)
