I'd like to see this as well.
I always make it a practise on mailing lists to have a mailto line
(see sig) to give people the ability to reply direct just by clicking
the link.
If you set the ?subject= line, you can use this to filter personal
responses to your posts to something like a "TBUDL personal replies"
folder. Of course, there's no point in threading if everything has
the same title - but it works good for me.
