Solution:

go to MAIL\"your account folder" 

check if D840C5D8.71F <<<- exist or not if YES = delete this file
create new folder named D840C5D8.71F <<<-- it is outbox system folder

if your outbox folder has a different name - follow with your settings instead
given D840C5D8.71F
