My problems apparently began when I switched my editor choice
(OPTIONS-PREFERENCES-VIEWER/EDITOR) to HTML only. I could no longer INSERT a
picture in a message. I could attach but not insert.

Changing (OPTIONS-PREFERENCES-VIEWER/EDITOR) back to Plain Text (MicroEd) put
everything back to normal.
